Chapter 4.1 - When Love Comes to Town

Leila has been skilling up like crazy. Cooking, gardening, handiness and now fitness. This woman is a machine! Jasmine on the other hand only feels the need to focus on improving her charisma.

After the events of the dinner party, Jasmine felt strongly about pursuing her boss, Peter Winterly, despite the fact he is already married with kids! She was attracted to him from the beginning. There is something about a powerful man in a suit that really gets her going. She knows he will be a hard one to break, but with time, she feels that she can make his feelings grow for her.

Jasmine: Yes I know you are my boss, but there is nothing wrong with us hanging out as friends right!?

Obviously she chooses to meet up at the Karaoke Lounge, the first place where she realised she had the hots for her boss. When they arrived, they came across Darrel Bradshaw, Jasmine's other keen love interest from the dinner party. He was playing with his daughter on a game table. He didn't seem to be bothered however seeing Jasmine and Peter interacting right next to them.

Leila has been pursuing another potential love interest, Devon Roe. Ever since she put out a fire at his house, she has not been able to stop thinking about him. She invited him over to the house to try and share her affectionate feelings about him.

Leila: Soo umm, you like nice today! It's nice to see you, I have been thinking about you! 

After a bit of chatting and mild flirting, she couldn't hold it in any longer. She just had to kiss him, she had been wanting to kiss him ever since he arrived.

Unfortunately she did not get the reaction she was hoping for. Apparently the haven't know each other long enough to take that step!

Leila: Whoops too far? Ok sorry, I promise I wont do it again...

Soo Leila lied. She had every intention of buttering him up more and going in for a second attempt at a kiss. A more subtle first kiss this time, but once again he pulled away! At least this time he wasn't angry with her. It seemed as if he was enjoying this cat and mouse game.

Leila however was intensely disappointed to be rejected again, but she wasn't giving up!

After some more affectionate words, Leila went in for a kiss for the third time and this time it was a success. He kissed her right back and he enjoyed it! With that one kiss, they both instantly fell in love with each other. Oh young love!

The following day while Leila was out, Jasmine thought it best to play a similar game with Peter by inviting him over to the house and seducing him.

Jasmine: Now I've got you right where I want you hehe

It took some time at first. They sat on the couch chatting away and making awkward eye contact with each other. There was definitely chemistry there and they had known each other long enough now they were practically best friends. One of them just had to make a move.

Jasmine knew it was time to pounce, she doused Peter with an onslaught of flirting and compliments, easing him inter her seductive trap.

Jasmine: Oh you look so handsome in that suit of yours!

He was lapping up every piece of it and Jasmine knew he was well and truly falling into her seductive trap.

Once she gave all the affection she could give, she leaned in and gave him her first kiss. He accepted it whole heartedly and instantly they fell in love!

The following day at work, Peter never turned up to the office and Jasmine found out his job as vice president had been replaced. She soon decided to meet up with him for a date to see what was going on and she was shocked to see that he had become an old man! He no longer worked at the office because he was retired!

The next day at work, she pondered over her new love, the fact that he is now old and he is no longer at work to interact with. It was then she met a new employee called Christoff Colby. They got chatting by the water cooler and she decided she wanted to know more about him so she visited his house to hang out. He seemed like a really great guy!

While Jasmine was wandering through a minefield of relationship dilemmas, Leila was making the most of her time with Devon. They recently shared a date skating on ice at a nearby pond. How sweet!
